  • Lauryn Colatuno

    Lauryn Colatuno is a local entrepreneur and small business owner of a local catering company, Grazin’ Gals LLC. Prior to owning Grazin’ Gals she founded The Raleigh Night Market, LLC. As owner and operator for five years she grew the night market to Durham, Cary and Garner hosting over thirty events yearly. Prior to owning her own businesses, Lauryn worked in event marketing for both fitness and food businesses in the Raleigh area and was the Sr. Community Manager here in the Triangle for Yelp. Lauryn grew up in Apex, NC, and later moved back to Raleigh after living in Los Angeles where she pursued a career in film and video production. Lauryn is an experienced video producer, content creator, social media consultant and campaign manager, copywriter, and media producer.

  • Shanetta Edwards

    Shanetta is a professionally trained chef, future dietitian, and a proud Georgia peach!

    She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Nutrition from Meredith College, as well as a culinary degree from the Art Institute of Atlanta. She loves bringing cultural food traditions and nutrition together to make healthy and delicious meals.

    Shanetta has two lovely children and a very active dog to keep her busy!

  • James Zewe

    Hello! I am James Zewe. I am an entrepreneur and all around business adventurer. As a local State Farm agent, I am connected to and love serving our community. My State Farm Office is located in Durham NC but we serve all of NC. My goal is to positively impact the world around us and leave it better than how we were born in to it!

    A little about me- I attended St. Bonaventure University for my (B.A.) and Canisius College (MSA) in Buffalo NY. My Wife Jennifer and I have been married for 7 years and have lived in NC for over 10 years, in that time we have established multiple businesses and consider this home! I am also a proud husband and dedicated son.

    Christina Serafino is a longtime supporter and volunteer of Produce Project. She has a background in sports & entertainment marketing, events and sponsorships. Since 2013, Christina has been a real estate broker in the Raleigh market. She is also involved with Perfectly Imperfect Pups as a dog foster. Christina is excited to help connect more people and businesses in the community with the Produce Project.
